Financial Betting is Just Like Sports Betting
A lot of sports bettors are just not into the stock market. Most of them might be, however, if they knew that they could make bets on the daily DOW closing in the same manner that they bet on a basketball team to cover the spread tonight. In fact the two types of wagers are virtually identical.
This week it was pretty easy to bet the DOW closings. All you had to do was just bet that it would close lower, making the wager anytime early in the session. When you get a strong trending market like this the odds are really in your favor.
There are many struggling daytraders who really ought to start making financial bets instead. It’s a heck of a lot easier because you don’t have to worry about getting stopped out so much. The Tradesports binary contracts can be traded in and out of all day long just like daytrading futures or stocks, but I really don’t recommend it. That type of trading is difficult because often even when you are correct you get stopped out before the market eventually goes in your direction.
Instead, just look for a good entry point and bet that the market will close higher or lower. Use position sizing to control your risk. Then sit back and watch the show. It’s just so much easier to get an edge trading like this. And this past week, it’s been really easy money.
